Data we process
We process your name, email address, optional phone number and other information you choose to provide in our contact form or subsequent correspondence. Ordinary enquiries are kept only in our email mailbox, without a separate marketing database. To respond, we need a working contact address and your enquiry. Please avoid including other people's data or sensitive information unless necessary for your request.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to answer your enquiry, assess your proposal and discuss potential cooperation. Where you request steps before entering a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other ordinary business correspondence is based on our legitimate interests in responding and protecting our rights under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use a newsletter or subscribe contact-form users to promotional messages. Handling these enquiries does not involve automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries and related correspondence are retained for no more than 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless further retention is necessary for legal claims. If cooperation results in a contract, necessary records are retained for the contract and then to the extent and for the periods required by law or necessary for legal claims. Other information no longer needed is deleted.
Access and technical services
Authorised people handling your enquiry have access to the data. Website and email providers may process the necessary information. This website uses FORPSI SuperSite. Our partnership with CONSULTA AG does not automatically mean your enquiry is forwarded to the partner. If a particular project requires other recipients or a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we will provide the relevant information and establish the safeguards required by GDPR before that transfer.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz). Contact info@reparkinvest.cz to exercise your rights. We respond within GDPR time limits and may need proportionate identity verification to protect your data.
